Rules & Regulations

- Open to guests aged 18+ with a valid email and verified mobile number (OTP sent via SMS).
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
- Registration automatically assigns one welcome scratch card (when campaign is active).
- Premium membership cards are issued solely at the discretion of Hotel Subansiri management.
- Each scratch card has a unique code and expires 30 days after being issued.
- You must log in and scratch the card digitally before visiting the venue.
- After scratching, present your code at the designated venue (Bar / Restaurant / Hotel).
- Each scratch gift is single use — once redeemed, the code is permanently disabled.
- Expired or unredeemed scratch cards cannot be reissued or exchanged for cash.
- Tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum — benefits vary by tier.
- Cards are non-transferable and must be presented digitally or by member number at billing.
- Management may upgrade, downgrade, or deactivate cards at any time.
- Membership does not guarantee room availability or special rates unless explicitly configured.
- Weekly reward: 5 points per week. Expires Sunday end of week.
- Monthly reward: 25 points on the 1st. Expires last day of that month.
- Spend-based earn (active membership required):
- Bar: 1.00 point(s) per ₹1 spent
- Restaurant: 1.00 point(s) per ₹1 spent
- Hotel: 2.00 point(s) per ₹1 spent
- Activity & bonus points from dining, bar tabs, and room bills do not carry weekly/monthly expiry.
- Points are credited after staff applies your membership number to the bill.
- Rewards are selected from the catalogue in your member dashboard.
- Each redemption generates a one-time code valid for 30 days.
- Show the code at the venue before ordering / check-in. Staff will verify and mark it used.
- Redemption codes are single use and cannot be combined with other offers unless approved.
- Points have no cash value and are non-refundable once redeemed.
- Bar — earn on every bill; scratch gifts may include complimentary drinks; tier perks as configured.
- Restaurant — earn on dine-in & takeaway; complimentary starters or discounts via scratch/rewards.
- Hotel Rooms — higher earn rate on room charges; perks may include late checkout or breakfast (Gold/Platinum).
- Hotel Subansiri reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
- Fraudulent activity, code sharing, or misuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.
- Disputes are subject to Dibrugarh jurisdiction. Management's decision is final.
